Philip W. Berk (born February 13, 1933) is an American former film industry executive, journalist, and film critic. He served for eight years as president of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and served as an influential member of the organization for several decades. Berk was accused of sexually assaulting actor Brendan Fraser in 2003.
