Oleszna Podgórska [ɔˈlɛʂna pɔdˈɡurska] (German: Krummöls) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lubomierz, within Lwówek Śląski County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 5 km (3 mi) north-west of Lubomierz, 11 km (7 mi) south-west of Lwówek Śląski, and 110 km (68 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
