The Obolo people, also known as the Andoni or Doni, is an Ijoid tribe in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria. Obolo people are of ijaw ancestry and are primarily found in Rivers and Akwa Ibom State.
The Obolo occupy the longest stretch of the Cross River Basin of the Niger Delta mangrove belt, which also houses the largest oil and gas deposits in the Gulf of Guinea.
