Novousmansky District (Russian: Новоу́сманский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Voronezh Oblast, Russia. It is located in the north of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,247 square kilometers (481 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Novaya Usman. Population: 786,930 (2021 Census); 73,034 (2010 Census); 64,275 (2002 Census); 64,182 (1989 Soviet census). The population of Novaya Usman accounts for 42.0% of the district's total population.
