Novodvinsk (Russian: Новодви́нск) is a town in the north of Arkhangelsk Oblast, Russia, located on the left bank of the Northern Dvina, 20 kilometers (12 mi) south of Arkhangelsk. Population: 40,615 (2010 Census); 43,383 (2002 Census); 50,183 (1989 Soviet census).
