Noriyasu Hirata (平田 典靖, Hirata Noriyasu, born 17 November 1983) is a Japanese badminton player from Tonami Transportation badminton team. In 2013, he and his men's doubles partner Hirokatsu Hashimoto, received the Badminton Nippon League's Valuable Player Award. He competed at the 2010 and 2014 Asian Games.

Hirata appointed as mixed doubles coach of the Japan national team for 2025.
