Nicolas Saboly (Occitan: Micolau Sabòli, IPA: [mikuˈlaw saˈbɔli]; 30 January 1614 – 26 July 1675) was a French poet, composer and choirmaster. He composed many Christmas carols in Provençal Occitan which form one of the monuments of poetry in that language and have been continuously republished until the present day.
