Nelson Orlando Oduber (born 7 February 1947) is a retired Aruban politician who served as the 2nd Prime Minister of Aruba who served two nonconsecutive terms from 1994 to 1998 and then again from 2001 to 2009 . Following his party's defeat in the 2009 Aruban general election, Oduber retired from politics.
