Nea Anchialos (Greek: Νέα Αγχίαλος) is a town and a former municipality in Magnesia, Thessaly, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Volos, of which it is a municipal unit. It is situated southwest of Volos and north of Almyros, on the Pagasetic Gulf. It is located on the Athens-Lamia-Volos national highway. The area of the municipal unit is 80,461 km2 (31,066.166 sq mi) and its population 5,881 people (2021).
