Mudgarpani (Sanskrit: मुद्गरपाणि, romanized: Mudgarapāṇi) was a Yaksha deity in ancient India. His name means "Mudgar-holder", the Mudgar being an ancient form of heavy club, usually made of wood, but it can also be made of iron.
