Mníšek pod Brdy (Czech pronunciation: [ˈmɲiːʃɛk ˈpodbr̩dɪ]) is a town in Prague-West District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 6,400 inhabitants. The historic town centre and Skalka area are well preserved and are protected as an urban monument zone.
