Miss Vibhaa 2023 a.k.a. Miss Universe Nepal 2023 was the 4th edition of Miss Vibhaa pageant by Umanga Creations, held on September 9, 2023; hosted at Godavari Sunrise Convention Center, Lalitpur. Sophiya Bhujel of Kathmandu crowned Jane Dipika Garrett as Miss Vibhaa- Miss Universe Nepal 2023 at the end of the event. Jane represented Nepal at Miss Universe 2023, in El Salvador and ended her journey as Top 20 finalist.

In later 2023, Miss Vibhaa announced withdrawal from Miss Universe.
