The Ministry of Finance (MoF; Arabic: وزارة المالية) is a central government ministry of Iraq whose task is to formulate financial policies of the state, receive and manage all of its revenues, prepare the general budget bill, oversee government expenditure, and operate a number of agencies. The two largest banks in Iraq, namely Rafidain and Rasheed, as well several other enterprises, are operated by the Ministry of Finance. It publishes a monthly report called the Open Budget Survey.

The headquarters is located in Bab al-Muadham, east of the river Tigris, Baghdad. The incumbent Minister of Finance since 27 October 2022 is Taif Sami Mohammed.
