Middlebury Township is a civil township of Shiawassee County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 census, the township population was 1,529.
The township is located about 5 miles (8.0 km) west of the city of Owosso. The village of Ovid had a very small portion within Middlebury Township until Ovid incorporated as an autonomous city in 2015. M-21 passes east–west through the center of the township.
