Michael Andrew Tse (traditional Chinese: 謝家德; simplified Chinese: 谢家德; born 13 January 1964) is a Hong Kong rower. He competed in the men's single sculls event at the 1996 Summer Olympics. In both the 1995 and 1996 Asian Canoeing Championships, he received a silver medal. Tse became a fitness coach at the Hong Kong Sports Institute in 1991 and had become its head coach by 1999. He was the deputy director of the Institute of Human Performance at the University of Hong Kong in 2008.
