Matt Eberflus (/ˈiːbərfluːs/ EE-bər-flooss; born May 17, 1970) is an American professional football coach who is the defensive coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL). He was the head coach for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League (NFL) from 2022 to 2024. Eberflus also served as the defensive coordinator for the Indianapolis Colts from 2018 to 2021 and has also coached for the Toledo Rockets and Missouri Tigers in college football.
