Margaret Michele Arney (née Tully; born June 17, 1969) is an American nonprofit consultant, educator, and Democratic politician from Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. She is a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing Wisconsin's 18th Assembly district since 2025. She also currently serves as a member of the city council of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, since 2022. She is Wauwatosa's first African American city councilmember.
