Lugu Subdistrict (or Luvalley; Chinese: 麓谷街道; pinyin: lù-gǔ jiēdào) is an urban subdistrict of Yuelu District in Changsha City, Hunan Province, China. Historically the former State-owned Dongfanghong Farm of Changsha (长沙国营东方红农场) was in the territory of today's Lugu Subdistrict. The subdistrict is home and the core area of Changsha High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, it is dubbed "Luvalley" (Chinese: 麓谷; lit. 'Yuelu Mountain valley').
The subdistrict of Dongfanghong was reformed from part of Lugu Subidstrict on March 1, 2017. Lugu has an area of 21.6 square kilometres (8.3 sq mi) with a household population of 270,000. The subdistrict has 12 communities under its jurisdiction.
