Andrey Vladimirovich Menshikov (Russian: Андрей Владимирович Меньшиков; born 30 June 1977), mostly known under his stage name Ligalize (Лигалайз), is a Russian hip-hop artist and a former leader of the Legal Busine$$ band. Ligalize was also a member of D.O.B. Community and Bad Balance.
