Liga IV Prahova, commonly known as Liga A Prahova, is the regional Liga IV football division for clubs in Prahova County, România, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. It is organized by the County Football Association (Asociația Județeană de Fotbal) and is competed amongst 16 teams, the winner is promoted to Liga III after a promotion play-off.
Over time, the main football competition in Prahova County underwent several name changes, including the Ploiești Honor Championship, District Promotion Championship - Ploiești, Prahova Regional Championship, Ploiești Regional Championship, Prahova County Championship (Category I), Prahova County Super Liga, and Divizia D Prahova. Since 2006, it has been renamed Liga A Prahova.
