Liepupe Parish (Latvian: Liepupes pagasts) is one of the administrative units of Limbaži Municipality in the Vidzeme region of Latvia. From 2009 to 2021, Liepupe Parish was part of the former Salacgrīva Municipality and before 2009, it was part of the former Limbazi District. The administrative center is the village of Mustkalni. Latvian law defines Liepupe Parish as a part of the region of Vidzeme.
