Lars Edi Stindl (born 26 August 1988) is a German former professional footballer who played as a attacking midfielder. He could also play as a forward. During his career, Stindl played for Karlsruher SC, Hannover 96 and Borussia Mönchengladbach and also represented the Germany national team from 2017 to 2018. He scored the only goal in the final of the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup against Chile to ensure Germany's first ever title in this tournament.
