Laelaps (mythology)

Laelaps /ˈli ˌlæps/ (Ancient Greek: Λαῖλαψ, gen.: Λαίλαπος meaning "hurricane" or "furious storm") was a Greek mythological dog that never failed to catch what it was hunting.
