Yerushalmi Kugel (Hebrew: קוגל ירושלמי, romanized: kūgel yerūshálmi), also known as Jerusalem kugel, is an Israeli kugel originating from the local Jewish community of Jerusalem in the 18th century. The dish is served on Shabbat and on Jewish holidays.
