Konstantin Fyodorovich Zatulin (Russian: Константин Фёдорович Затулин; born 7 September 1958) is a Russian politician, first deputy chairman of the committee of the State Duma for the CIS and relations with Russian nationals abroad. He represents the Sochi constituency.
