Konstantin Markovich Poltoratsky (Russian: Константи́н Ма́ркович Полтора́цкий; May 30, 1782 – March 15, 1858) was a Yaroslavl Military and Civil Governor (1830–1842), lieutenant general of the Imperial Russian Army, a participant of five wars, including the French invasion of Russia.
