Kody H. Kinsley (born July 3, 1985) is an American public servant and public health official. He serves as the Secretary of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS). He was the first openly gay cabinet secretary in North Carolina history.
Kinsley is a Fellow in the Aspen Institute's Civil Society Fellowship. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at both the School of Government at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health.
