Kirill Androsov (born June 1972) is a Russian businessman, economist, and investor.

Androsov is a former Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Office of the Russian Government when Russian leader Vladimir Putin was Prime Minister. He is the former chairman of the board of Russian national airline Aeroflot and Russian Railways (RZhD) He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation.

Since 2012, Androsov is a professor of economics at the Russian National Research University's Higher School of Economics.
