Karl Ian McCartney (born 25 October 1968) is a British politician who was the Member of Parliament for Lincoln from 2010 to 2017, and again from 2019 to 2024. A member of the Conservative Party, he briefly served as a Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Transport from July to September 2022.
