It is owned by Gray Media alongside MyNetworkTV affiliate KWWT (channel 30), CW+ affiliate KCWO-TV (channel 4), Telemundo affiliate KTLE-LD (channel 20), and 365BLK affiliate KMDF-LD (channel 22).
