The station is owned by Stephens Media Group, through licensee SMG-Merced, LLC. Its studios are on West 19th Street in Merced. KHTN has been a monitored Rhythmic reporter in both Mediabase and Nielsen BDS since the format was launched on KHTN in 1992.
