Kęstutis Kemzūra (born 20 April 1970) is a Lithuanian professional basketball coach and former player who is currently the head coach of Juventus Utena of the Lithuanian Basketball League. During his playing career, at a height of 1.91 m (6 ft 3 in) tall, he played at the point guard position.
