Julia Martha Lipez (born 1980) is an American lawyer who has served as an associate justice of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court since 2025. She served as a justice of the Maine Superior Court from 2022 to 2025. She was nominated by President Joe Biden to serve as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, but her nomination never received a vote before the U.S. Senate.
