Jules Edouard Xavier Malou (French pronunciation: [ʒyl edwaʁ ɡzavje malu], 19 October 1810 – 11 July 1886) was a Belgian statesman who served as the Prime Minister of Belgium from 1874 to 1878 and again from June to October 1884.
