José Manuel Ortega Caballero (born August 30, 1996) is a Panamanian professional baseball utility player for the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played in MLB for the Seattle Mariners, for whom he made his debut in 2023. During the 2024 season, Caballero led the American League (AL) in stolen bases with 44 steals.
