Joe McDonald Ingraham (July 5, 1903 – May 27, 1990) was a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and previously was a United States District Court Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas Houston Division. In 1967 he presided at the draft-evasion trial of Mohammed Ali, the heavyweight boxing champion then also known as Cassius Clay. Mr. Ali was convicted and sentenced to jail, but the conviction was overturned by the United States Supreme Court.
