James Sinclair Millner AM (29 November 1919 – 24 January 2007) was an Australian corporate executive. He was head of many large organisations including chairman of the NRMA, Soul Patts, New Hope Group, Brickworks, Choiseul Investments, Queensland Mines Limited and NBN Television.
