James Francis Rawiri Lowe (born 8 July 1992) is a New Zealand-born Irish professional rugby union player who plays as a wing for United Rugby Championship club Leinster. Born in New Zealand, he switched to Ireland after qualifying on residency grounds, and became an Irish citizen having gained citizenship, along with his wife, in 2025.
