James A. Roe Sr. (July 9, 1896 – April 22, 1967) was an American World War I and World War II veteran and politician from New York. He served as the leader the Queens County Democratic committee from 1938 to 1954 and a single term in the United States House of Representatives from 1945 to 1947.
