J'Covan Marquis Brown (born February 14, 1990) is an American professional basketball player who last played for Hapoel Tel Aviv of the Israeli Basketball Premier League. He played college basketball for the University of Texas before playing professionally in Greece, Dominican Republic, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Israel. Standing at 6 ft 2 in (1.88 m), he plays at the point guard and shooting guard positions.
