Jüri Pertmann (13 July 1938 – 11 July 2019) was an Estonian freedom fighter, psychologist, independence activist, civil servant and public figure. He served as chairman of the Memento Union. He also served as head of the Tartu Countys' Department of the Citizenship and Migration Board.
