Sir Horace John Wilson, GCB, GCMG, CBE (23 August 1882 – 19 May 1972) was a senior British government official who had a key role, as Head of the Home Civil Service, with the government of Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain in the appeasement period just prior to the Second World War.
