General Honoré Nabéré Traoré (born 28 September 1957) is a Burkinabé army general who served as the interim head of state of Burkina Faso for one day, from 31 October to 1 November 2014, following the overthrow of Blaise Compaoré in the 2014 Burkina Faso uprising.
Following his taking of power, he and other officials from the interim military administration declared Isaac Zida to be the interim Head of State until power could be handed over to a civilian government that would oversee elections. A few weeks later, a civilian, Michel Kafando, was chosen to replace Zida as transitional head of state.
Prior to the uprising, Traoré served as Compaoré's aide de camp.
