Hmawbi (Burmese: မှော်ဘီမြို့) is the principal town of Hmawbi Township near the Yangon River in northern Yangon Region, southern Myanmar. On 30 April 2022, it became the capital of the new Hmawbi District when the North Yangon District was reorganised.
The town has four urban wards.
