Hassan Abdullah

Hassan Abdullah (Arabic: حسن عبد الله; born August 1, 1960) is an Egyptian financier. He is the current governor of the Central Bank of Egypt.

He previously held the chief executive officer(CEO) position of the Arab African International Bank (AAIB), a regional financial services institution which was Egypt's first Arab multinational bank. Abdullah joined the AAIB in 1982, and later became the CEO in 2002. He is also a board member at the American University in Cairo (AUC).
