Oscar Emil "Happy" Felsch (August 22, 1891 – August 17, 1964) was an American center fielder in Major League Baseball who played for the Chicago White Sox from 1915 to 1920. He is best known for his involvement in the 1919 Black Sox scandal. Felsch was reinstated by Commissioner Rob Manfred on May 13, 2025 along with other deceased players who were on the ineligible list.
