Gulshan Mammadali gizi Pashayeva (Azerbaijani: Gülşən Məmmədəli qızı Paşayeva; born 1 August 1961) is an Azerbaijani linguist, political analyst, and politician who has been serving as a member of the 7th convocation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan. She represents the Second Constituency of Khazar Rayon No. 13.
