Grandpuits-Bailly-Carrois (French pronunciation: [ɡʁɑ̃pɥi baji kaʁwa] ⓘ) is a commune in the Seine-et-Marne department in the Île-de-France region in north-central France. It was created in 1973 by the merger of two former communes: Grandpuits and Bailly-Carrois.
