Gisela Glende (born Gisela Trautzsch: 30 October 1925 - 3 February 2016) was an East German party official. She served between 1968 and 1986 as head of the Office of the Politburo, which meant she was responsible for preparing the agendas and draft decisions, and for producing the minutes of Poliburo meetings.
