Gülçiçek Hatun (Ottoman Turkish: گلچیچک خاتون; "rose blossom", c. 1335 - c. 1400) was a Greek woman from Bithynia who became a concubine of Ottoman Sultan Murad I and Valide Hatun to their son Bayezid I.
